1. Digital delivery only
Our software is delivered electronically as a download, activated with a licence key. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping charges.
2. Paid online
When you pay in India through our checkout (UPI, card, net banking or wallet via Razorpay), the download page opens straight away and we email your receipt, licence key and personal download link to the address you entered — usually within a minute.
3. Paid by bank transfer, UPI or from abroad
Buyers outside India order online in US dollars; we email payment details for an international wire transfer, PayPal or Wise within one working day. For these orders, and when you pay us directly by bank transfer or UPI, we send your receipt, licence key and download link as soon as the payment shows in our account — normally within a few hours on working days (Monday to Saturday, 10:00–19:00 IST).
4. Your download link
The link is personal to your licence. It always gives you the latest version of the software and can be used a limited number of times; if you reach the limit or change computers, contact us and we will reset it. Please do not share the link.
5. Did not receive it?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If the email is not there within 2 hours of payment, write to hello@metalmitra.com or WhatsApp us with your name and payment reference, and we will send it again.
