We work to keep the content accurate and current, but it is provided for general information only. Software screenshots show the real applications; examples on this website are illustrations, not results from real clients.
4. Services and software
Any service work we do for you is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement. Nothing on this website is a guarantee of orders or of specific results.
Buying software. Software such as QuoteMitra and MTCMitra is sold at the price shown at checkout — in Indian rupees (inclusive of all taxes) for buyers in India and in US dollars elsewhere — and is used under our Software Licence Agreement. Online payments in India are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or bank details. Orders from outside India are paid by international transfer, PayPal or Wise using the details we email you. Software is delivered by email as a download link (Delivery Policy), and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Prices may change, but a change never affects an order you have already paid for.
5. Intellectual property
The MetalMitra name, logo, design and content of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
6. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the service or software concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
