Product, grade, standard, size or schedule, quantity with unit, delivery country or port, preferred Incoterm (for example FOB, CFR or CIF), the documents you need such as an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate, and your target date.

Use secure payment such as a letter of credit or escrow, ask for mill test certificates, and book third-party inspection (for example SGS, Bureau Veritas or TÜV) before shipment. Import duties and certification rules differ by country, so check them for your destination.
