1. Summary
Our software (QuoteMitra and MTCMitra) is a digital product delivered by download link and licence key. Because a downloaded copy cannot be returned, refunds are limited to the cases below. If something is wrong, please talk to us first — most installation issues are solved in a few minutes.
2. Cancelling an order
An order that has not been paid yet (for example, one waiting for a bank transfer) can be cancelled at any time by emailing us. Paid orders cannot be cancelled once the download link has been used.
3. When you can get a refund
- Not downloaded: you ask within 7 days of payment and the software has not been downloaded with your link — full refund.
- Charged twice: the same order was paid more than once — the extra payment is refunded in full.
- Cannot be installed: the software does not install or run on a supported system (Windows 10 / 11, 64-bit) and we cannot fix it within 7 days of your support request — full refund.
- Payment taken, no licence: money was deducted but the order was not completed — refunded in full, or we complete the order if you prefer.
4. When refunds are not possible
- The software was downloaded and works as described, and you changed your mind.
- The request is made more than 7 days after payment.
- The licence was ended for breaking the Software Licence Agreement.
5. How to ask for a refund
Email hello@metalmitra.com with your receipt number (it starts with MM-) and the reason. We reply within 2 working days. When a refund is approved, your download link is switched off and the licence ends.
6. Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, in the currency you paid. Online payments made through Razorpay usually reach your account in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank. Bank-transfer, UPI, international wire, PayPal and Wise payments are refunded to the account they came from; bank or transfer charges for international refunds may apply. After a refund the licence key is switched off.
7. Services
Services such as websites, marketing and buyer outreach are governed by the written proposal or agreement for that work, not by this policy.
