Grade 446 is a high-chromium ferritic stainless steel with excellent resistance to oxidation and sulphur-bearing atmospheres at high temperatures. Stainless steel balances corrosion resistance, strength, hygiene and easy fabrication, and with austenitic, ferritic, martensitic and PH families there is a grade for almost every service condition.
